At Modern Funeral Cremations, we understand that planning for a loved one's final arrangements can be overwhelming. That's why we offer Direct Cremation services, designed to provide a straightforward and compassionate approach to cremation. 

Our dedicated team handles all the necessary arrangements, including picking up your loved one and providing essential preparation. Your loved one will be transported directly to the crematorium, ensuring a seamless process during this difficult time. You can choose to receive the ashes in an urn of your preference or in the crematorium's container. 

Once we have completed the required formalities, you can typically expect the ashes to be returned within 7 to 14 days. Our package includes comprehensive services such as mortuary care, a cremation coffin, and the transfer of your loved one from a Sydney hospital or coroners. Additionally, the package covers two cremation permits, medical referee services, a registered death certificate, administration support, and the actual transfer to the crematorium, with staff present throughout.

Please note, there is a surcharge for transfers from nursing homes, homes, or during after-hour requests.
